Our roots and networks in Southeast Asia have provided us familiarity with wine consumption, tastes and trends within key markets. Specifically, we have witnessed the growth and shifting consumer tastes in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Manila based on our conversations with our wine circles and professional networks in these three major cities.

 

France remains the leading supplier of wine to the region with Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne, enjoying the lion’s share of label recall. However, with the continued rise in price points from these classic Old World regions, we believe there is a unique opportunity for premium wines from the New World to capture the interest and palates of emerging Asian wine consumers, who are thirsty for new flavors and increasingly budget-conscious.

 

With our knowledge and love of wine from Oregon, Washington and more recently, British Columbia, we at Cascadia Fine Wines (CFW) firmly believe the time has come for wines from the Pacific Northwest to be introduced to the Asian market. To meet the growing interest and demand for the exciting terroir-based wines from Asian consumers, CFW has forged partnerships with many of the leading premium family wineries for Asian distribution.

 

Based in Vancouver, Cascadia Fine Wines is the exclusive sales representative in Asia for the Pacific Northwest’s premier wineries. We have established a partnership with First Growth Asia (FGA) to promote CFW’s portfolio across reputable importers and distribution channels in Asia. CFW acts as the gateway to Asia for Pacific Northwest wineries and serves as a “one-stop-shop” for Asian distribution.

 

 

FGA focuses on marketing and business development, ensuring visibility for CFW’s growing list of wineries. CFW acts as a US/Canadian interface, facilitating the order process on behalf of its wineries. This includes providing updated inventory, ex-cellar pricing, and coordination of logistics details. We have dedicated marketing directors in Vancouver and Portland to assist importers in addressing specific inquiries on our portfolio.
